I am the CEO, Director of Operations, and lead Instructor for Mosaic Continuing Education, where I oversee every aspect of the learning experience, from course creation to system operations and student success. With a background in customer success, operations management, and insurance education, I've built Mosaic CE to be a trusted, streamlined platform that helps insurance professionals stay compliant, confident, and equipped for real-world challenges.
In my role as CEO, I drive the vision and growth of the company, ensuring our courses are practical, engaging, and aligned with regulatory requirements across multiple states. I'm committed to leading with integrity, excellence, and a mission to make continuing education simple, empowering, and not overwhelming.
As Director of Operations, I oversee the daily performance of the platform, developing systems that simplify complex compliance processes.
