• Communications: to send course updates, renewal reminders, and, where you have opted in, marketing emails.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide our services:

• Licensing authorities: the Texas Department of Insurance and other applicable state licensing authorities, to report your CE completions.
• Reporting systems: state-designated reporting platforms, such as Sircon, used to submit your CE credits.

Some records, such as CE completion records, must be retained for the period required by TDI and cannot be deleted before that period ends. The Website is intended for licensed insurance professionals and individuals pursuing an insurance license. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
