Courses on MosaicCE.net are intended only for licensed or otherwise eligible insurance professionals as required by state regulations. By registering you represent and warrant that you meet any eligibility requirements for the courses you enroll in.
You agree to (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering; (b) maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete; and (c) notify Mosaic CE if you discover any unauthorized use of your account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Sharing login credentials or accounts is strictly prohibited unless expressly permitted in writing by Mosaic CE. Mosaic CE reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for suspected unauthorized use or for any violation of these Terms.
Unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase, enrollment in a course grants the enrolled User a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the purchased Course Materials for 12 months from the purchase date.

Mosaic CE will report course completions to the Texas Department of Insurance or other applicable state licensing authorities within 30 days after the completion date, provided all required data is accurate and provided by you. If you supply inaccurate or incomplete licensing information, reporting may be delayed or rejected; Mosaic CE is not responsible for delays caused by erroneous data supplied by you.
Course fees and any other charges are set forth on MosaicCE.net at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods listed on the Website. All fees are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund & Terms of Use Policy.
All refund requests and the rules applying to refunds are governed solely by our Refund & Terms of Use Policy available at MosaicCE.net/refund-policy. By enrolling, you agree that your rights to a refund are governed by that separate policy; you must review it to understand the timelines and conditions for refunds.
All Course Materials, site content, branding, site design, logos, text, images, audio, video, and software are the exclusive property of Mosaic CE or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Mosaic CE grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use Course Materials solely for your personal, non-commercial continuing education purposes during the enrollment period. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, redistribution, public performance, derivative works, or commercial exploitation of the Course Materials is strictly prohibited.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of account access, invalidation of course completion(s), reversal of credit reporting to TDI, and, where appropriate, reporting to licensing authorities. Mosaic CE reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies.
You agree to use the Website only as permitted by these Terms and by applicable law. Automated access (bots, scrapers, crawlers) is prohibited unless expressly permitted by Mosaic CE in writing.
Mosaic CE may temporarily suspend access to the Website for maintenance, updates, security, or regulatory reasons. Mosaic CE is not liable for temporary interruptions, but we will strive to provide notice when feasible.
You must provide accurate personal and licensing information. Mosaic CE retains course records and participant data for a minimum of 4 years to comply with Texas Department of Insurance requirements and to support audit and reporting obligations.
Our collection and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy available on the Website. By using the Website you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your information as described in that Privacy Policy.

IN NO EVENT WILL MOSAIC CE’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC COURSE OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE PRIOR TWELVE (12) MONTHS.
Mosaic CE will use reasonable care to report completions accurately; however, Mosaic CE shall not be liable for reporting delays or failures caused by inaccurate information provided by you, technical issues with regulator systems, or force majeure events.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Mosaic CE and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) violation of law or third-party rights; or (c) use of the Website.
Mosaic CE may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or if Mosaic CE is required to do so for regulatory, legal, or security reasons. Upon termination, your license to use Course Materials ends and Mosaic CE may delete or retain your account data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and recordkeeping obligations.
Mosaic CE may revise or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will post an updated Terms effective date on the Website. Continued use of the Website after any such changes constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms. You are encouraged to review this page periodically.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and Mosaic CE will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Texas, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
